This training explores burnout through a neurobiological lens\, helping participants understand how chronic stress impacts the nervous system and why traditional self-care strategies often fall short. Attendees will leave with practical regulation skills that can be used personally and clinically. \nLearning Objectives \nParticipants will be able to: \nExplain how chronic stress and burnout impact nervous system functioning. \nImplement nervous system-based strategies to support recovery from burnout. \nDate and time: 11/4/26\, 9a-10:30a \nCost \n$45 regular rate \n$15 pre-licensed/students \nEmail for group rates for 3+ people \n3.5% fee will be reflected in total price below \nLocation: VIRTUAL via Zoom \nCE Credit Available: 1.5 CE hrs.
