DESCRIPTION:We will be a hosting a full-day (6 NBCC approved CE hours)\, in-person DBT skills training designed specifically for mental health clinicians. We’ll walk through the foundational theory of DBT (including the biosocial model)\, and spend the majority of our time digging into the four core modules—Mindfulness\, Distress Tolerance\, Emotion Regulation\, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—with real-world case examples and practical tools you can use right away. \nWe built this training to be approachable and useful whether you’re brand new to DBT or looking to strengthen your clinical application of the skills.
