SUMMARY:Guided Forest Bathing
DESCRIPTION:Open to the public (clients and therapists alike)\, this 2.5 hour forest bathing experience invites you to connect to the land\, your body\, and your Self through the senses. This is not therapy but liminal nature immersion in a small group. Optional brief sharing is part of the protocol\, but walkers will mostly be wandering in spacious silence after being given various invitations for sensory land connection. Walks are research-based and guided by Georgia Bromehead\, A/LPC-MHSP and Certified Forest Therapy Guide. Georgia was the first practicing Guide in Nashville and loves sharing this practice with others.
