Good afternoon! I’ve looked through the website and am not seeing this answer but please forgive me if I am just missing it. Do you know how this works regarding liability. Do I need to have professional liability coverage to provide pro-bono therapy through MHART? Due to my kiddo situation (needing more flexibility), I am currently in a position that is more like case management and not therapy (although I am licensed as LPC-MHSP) so I do not currently have any sort of liability coverage. Are there any other potential concerns I should consider in doing this? I would love to volunteer in this way but just want to be sure that I am protecting my license! 🙂 Thank you!
