We are seeking an experienced, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists to join our amazing team of mental health professionals. We respect a clinician autonomy and provide an encouraging, supportive environment. Therapists will be responsible for working directly with and coordinating care for primarily child and adolescent clients in-person or by telehealth. This independent position has a flexible schedule with office space in Cookeville and Sparta. The position will move to a full-time case load but can start as part-time until ready to transition to full-time.
Experience: 1 year of Mental Health Counseling (Preferred)
License: Active Independent Fully Licensed – LPC-MHSP, LMFT or LCSW (Required)
This independent position provides credentialing, office space, marketing, office coordinator, billing and paid clinician access to our EMR.
We are in-network with most Commercial insurance panels. Our clientele is generally voluntary and high functioning. The selected professional will provide outpatient psychotherapeutic services on a full or part-time basis with flexibility in scheduling. The ideal candidate will be comfortable treating children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, and adults with a wide range of presenting issues in individual and family settings.
Independent therapist is responsible for:
• conducting intake/psychosocial assessments
• assigning diagnoses
• develop treatment plans
• providing ongoing treatment to assigned clients
• completing all documentation, including progress notes, discharge/aftercare plans, etc. timely
• participate in monthly meetings to gain insights from other clinicians
• report critical incidents according to company policy, etc.
