The Family Counseling Center of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a part-time or full-time therapist to also serve as the agency’s clinical director. Candidates must be licensed, preferably for a minimum of two years, as an LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, or LSPE/HSP.
Duties include overseeing the daily clinical operation of the center; establishing, maintaining, and enforcing agency policies; ensuring the agency is abiding by legal and ethical standards of the mental health profession; overseeing the work of other therapists at the site; serving as site supervisor for counseling interns; and working closely with the executive director, office staff, and the agency’s crisis line director.
Opportunities will also be available for building a caseload if interested in providing direct therapy. Timely documentation and adherence to the counselor’s respective ethical code is a must. The position requires a minimum of 20 hours per week onsite.
The Family Counseling Center is a Christian-based counseling center headquartered in Manchester, TN, with satellite offices in McMinnville, Winchester, Shelbyville, and Tullahoma. Services provided include individual, marriage, and family therapy. Populations served include children, adolescents, and adults.
