Here is an ideal candidate for us:
1. Able to conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, with a focus on promoting mental health and emotional well-being.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
4. Attend biweekly meetings with the clinical team for case reviews and collaboration.
5. Independently participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and treatment modalities.
6. Promote a safe and supportive environment for clients, ensuring their confidentiality and privacy.
Qualifications:
1. Current licensure in the state as an LPC-MHSP or LCSW-able to practice independently.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
4. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
6. Must have professional liability insurance.
7. Will be an independent contractor (1099)
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $50 per hour.
Professional development allowance: $100 per year.
Referral bonus: $100 after the referred clinician has been with the company for 6 months.
