This group is a place for high-masking Neurodivergent Women to find community and support. With a focus on ASD and ADHD, we will explore navigating neurodivergence in work and life. Whether clients are struggling with a self-compassion, being misunderstood in the workplace, or simply want to spend time learning from other neurodivergent people, this group would be a great fit! We will meet virtually every other Tuesday from 5:15-6:30pm CST starting August 6th. Cost is $50/session with a 10 session commitment.
