Hello!
My name is Demetria Corlew, and I am a doctoral candidate at Trevecca Nazarene University working on my dissertation. I am inviting you to participate in my research project about eating patterns and mental health. If you participate in my project, you will be asked to complete a survey. At the end of the survey, you will have an option to take part in a one-on-one interview. The surveys and interviews are voluntary, and anyone may opt-out at any time without penalty. The interviews will take place over ZOOM.
This research study is part of the requirements to obtain my Ed.D. through Trevecca Nazarene University. To participate, you must meet the following criteria: (a) licensed in the State of TN as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or a master’s degree in social work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or working in a behavioral health organization with a behavioral health background (b) Currently working with clients with various presenting issues
The benefits of participating in this study are not just personal, but also extend to the academic and societal levels. By sharing your experiences, you can help expand the resources on eating patterns and mental health among mental health professionals. Your unique perspective can contribute to academic knowledge and society, shedding light on the complex relationship between eating patterns and mental health.
