Hello,
My name is Taylor Johnson, and I am a doctoral candidate in the Counselor Education and Supervision PhD program at The University of Memphis. I am conducting a research study to examine the perceived interprofessional competencies of professional counselors and counselors-in-training. You are eligible to participate in this research if you are currently enrolled as a student in or previously graduated from a counseling graduate program and between the ages of 18 and 65. You will be one of 180 participants in this research study.
Should you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete a short survey that includes a demographic questionnaire and the 16-item IPEC Competency self-assessment tool. Your participation should take about 5-7 minutes. Participating in this study is completely voluntary, and if you decide to participate now, you may change your mind and stop the survey at any point. As a participant in this research study, there may not be any direct benefits for you. There are no foreseeable risks involved in participating in this study other than those encountered in day-to-day life.
