Now enrolling participants for my upcoming 8-week psychoeducational group for women: Empowerment Through EMDR! In this closed group, participants will learn about trauma & anxiety, gain & practice skills for symptom reduction/management through an EMDR lens, & connect with other women with shared experiences & goals.
Virtual group: Mondays at 11 am CST (Open to women across TN & KY), starting January 13
In-person group: Tuesdays at 5:30 pm in Goodlettsville, TN
Total cost to participate is $480 for the 8-week group ($60 per session).
