Burnout isn’t just in your mind—it’s in your body. In the demanding work of holding space for others, it’s easy to disconnect from your own body’s signals in order to keep going. But chronic stress and depletion live in the nervous system, showing up as numbness, irritability, overwhelm, and a deep sense of exhaustion that rest alone can’t seem to touch. This is why we are happy to offer: Reclaiming Rest: Somatic Interventions for Burnout.
Reclaiming Rest is a 10-hour immersive training happening October 17th-19th in McEwen, TN. It’s designed to help helpers understand burnout further, reconnect with their bodies, restore nervous system regulation, and build sustainable practices for resilience.
This training isn’t just about learning new skills—it’s about experiencing rest and regulation in community and reclaiming the possibility of sustainability in your work.
You care for others. Let this space care for you.
