We’re currently seeking a fully licensed mental health therapist (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT) to join our growing team. This is a 1099 contract position that gives you the autonomy to create your own schedule and work at your own pace — with the benefit of strong clinical and administrative support behind you.

Your Role:
You’ll provide therapy to children, teens, and families facing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Your ability to connect, build trust, and support clients in developing healthy coping skills will be essential.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions

Supporting clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns

Providing psychoeducation and crisis intervention when needed

Maintaining timely, ethical documentation

Collaborating with families, providers, and agencies to support continuity of care

Our Ideal Candidate:

Fully licensed in Tennessee (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT)

Experienced in child and adolescent therapy using evidence-based approaches

Compassionate, organized, and able to work independently

Strong communicator with excellent rapport-building skills

Familiar with community resources and passionate about making a difference
