I have fully-furnished counseling offices available for rent in Franklin, just off of I-65. We are on Holiday Court, which I affectionately call “Therapist Alley”. In our suite, we are a group of private practice and temp licensed mental health providers (LPC-MHSPs, LCSWs, and LMFTs), and we have intentionally created a collaborative, supportive vibe, and are LGBTQIA+ affirming. We staff cases together, attend trainings together, and have an active group chat where we share resources and client referrals. We meet twice a month for a lunchtime consultation group.
I currently have office space available Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Our space includes three counseling offices, a comfortable waiting room, two bathrooms, a kitchenette, and free parking for therapists and clients. WiFi and Utilities are included. Coffee, printer, free parking, shredder, and a locking file cabinet is available for each therapist. EMDR machines are available for all three offices. One office includes play therapy toys and games, and musical instruments that can be used for music therapy.
No dogs (exception for service dogs)
No essential oils

Pricing:
All offices are priced monthly based on how many days per week you’d like to rent. (Ex: Office #1 for 2 days per week = $520 per month)
* Office #1: $260 – available Monday and Saturday
* Office #2: $270 – available Monday, Friday, Saturday
* Office #3: $290 – available Thursday, Saturday
Other potential rental options:
* Full office (group space plus 3 individual counseling / breakout rooms) available on Saturdays for groups or intensives.
* One counseling office available on Tuesday evenings from 4:00 – 8:00
