Exodus Counseling and Mentorship is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors to join our team of faith-centered practitioners serving clients across Tennessee. We provide integrated therapy and clinical counseling grounded in Christian truth and values, treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

We serve individuals, teens, couples, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, addiction, and more.
Position Details – More Available Upon Inquiry
This is an independent contractor role offering part-time hours with flexible scheduling set by the clinician. The position is 100% virtual telehealth, serving clients throughout Tennessee. We operate as a self-pay practice, ensuring complete client privacy, security, and control without insurance constraints.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold one of the following Tennessee credentials:
Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP)
LPC/MHSP (Temporary), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
