At ScienceWorks Behavioral Healthcare, we specialize in supporting ADHD and autistic individuals using evidence-based therapies that are thoughtfully adapted to each client’s needs, communication style, and sensory profile. What you’ll do:
Provide psychotherapy to clients across Tennessee via telehealth (with optional in-person sessions in Nashville)
Use and refine evidence-based approaches (with support) including skills-based and trauma-informed care
Collaborate clinically and coordinate care as needed for complex presentations
Serve clients with common co-occurring conditions, including:
OCD and anxiety
Trauma-related concerns
Sleep problems and insomnia
Chronic illness and health-related stress
Disordered eating
What we’re looking for:
LPC/MHSP or A-LPC/MHSP (Tennessee)
A genuine commitment to learning evidence-based therapies and adapting them for autistic and ADHD clients
Strong ethics, empathy, reliability, and a growth mindset
Clear communication and a team-oriented approach
Interest in high-quality documentation and clinically sound decision-making
Training, consultation, and support (this matters here)
Continuing education is a core value, not an afterthought
Regular consultation with our psychologist owner to support clinical development and case conceptualization
