This group is a closed six-week grief support circle for adults who have experienced the loss of a parent and/or grandparent. The group will meet on six consecutive Saturdays from March 28 through May 2.
Arrival & Time
Participants are welcome to arrive around 10:20 AM to get settled. The group will begin promptly at 10:30 AM. Light refreshments and printed materials will be provided each week.
Age Range
Participants are typically adults across a range of ages. What connects the group is the shared experience of navigating life after the loss of a parent or grandparent.
Group Format
Each session will include guided reflections, grief education, and facilitated conversation related to the experience of parent or grandparent loss. There will also be space for participants to share their experiences if they feel comfortable doing so.
Commitment
Because this is a closed group, participants are asked to commit to attending the full six-week series so that the group can build trust, consistency, and meaningful connection over time.
Please note that this is not group counseling or therapy, but rather a facilitated grief support experience designed to offer community, reflection, and practical tools for navigating grief.
If you would like to participate, I would be happy to send you the next steps for registration.
