My name is Kasey Teasley, and I am a doctoral candidate in the Counselor Education and Supervision program at Lindsey Wilson University. I am conducting a research study as part of my dissertation that explores the relationship between counselors’ attachment styles and their perceptions of the quality of the supervision relationship.
I am inviting licensed and associate-level counselors, social workers, and psychologists who are currently receiving or have recently received clinical supervision to participate in this study.
Participation in this study involves completing an online survey that includes brief questionnaires related to attachment and supervision experiences. The survey is expected to take approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.
Participation is entirely voluntary. Choosing not to participate or withdrawing at any time will not affect your supervision, employment, licensure status, or relationship with any supervisor or organization.
There are no anticipated risks beyond those encountered in daily life. While there may be no direct benefit to you, the information gathered may contribute to a better understanding of supervision experiences among early-career counselors.
Participants who complete the survey may enter a drawing to receive one of ten $10 electronic gift cards. Entry into the drawing is optional. The odds of winning depend on the total number of participants. Contact information collected for the drawing will be stored separately from survey responses to maintain confidentiality.
