Our client, Kidzcare Pediatrics, is a well-established, physician-led pediatric practice serving communities across Athens, Harriman, and Madisonville, TN. The practice is located in Eastern Tennessee, conveniently situated approximately one hour from either Knoxville or Chattanooga.
This is a full-time, W2 outpatient position within a Rural Health Clinic setting, serving a predominantly Medicaid population. The practice is collaborative, mission-driven, and deeply rooted in the communities it serves, with tenured local physician leadership and a strong clinical infrastructure focused on providing accessible, high-quality behavioral healthcare to children and adolescents.
Who You Are
You are a fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) with experience providing counseling services to pediatric patients. You are comfortable working with children and adolescents ages 7–18 and are motivated by meaningful, community-based work.
You value collaboration, appreciate strong clinical support, and are looking to join a stable, well-run practice where your work is respected and supported. Experience in pediatric counseling is required.
What You’ll Do
You will provide outpatient therapy services to pediatric patients within a supportive, team-based environment. The role includes:
• Delivering individual therapy to children and adolescents ages 7–18
• Collaborating closely with pediatric providers, clinical staff, and leadership
• Managing documentation efficiently with the support of an AI scribing service to reduce administrative burden
• Participating as part of a collaborative behavioral health team, joining one other full-time therapist
The practice is prepared to support an immediate start while credentialing is in process.
Schedule & Work Environment
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Some schedule flexibility available
• Hybrid work arrangement may be considered based on experience and practice needs
• Outpatient-only setting with strong support staff and clinical resources
