Connectus Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center in Nashville, TN. We have two community health center locations (Vine Hill and Priest Lake Clinic). We are currently hiring a Behavioral Health Consultant for our Priest Lake Clinic (2637 Murfreesboro Rd, Nashville TN 37204). The BHC is a member of our primary care team, whose primary role is to assist the medical team with addressing any mental and behavioral health barriers to the patient’s wellness. The ideal Connectus BHC candidate is fully licensed as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT and has anywhere from 0-2 years of experience as a licensed mental health provider. The Connectus Health BHC works with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Connectus Health offers primary care, women’s health, pediatric, transgender health, and integrated behavioral health care to patients representing 60+ languages and 30+ countries.
