$150.00 monthly consultant fee providing one day per week supervision and mentoring, either virtual or in agency staff support throughout weekly meetings. Short term supervision and mentoring provided to MMFT up through June 30, 2022. Assist and mentor MMFT in modeling and skills development working with philosophy reviews of models and systems. Must provide practitioner LMFT and licensed professional liability coverage. Be fluent in teaching and mentoring preparation to MMFT to enhance service delivery to clients. Be in good standing as a member with AAMFT/TNAMFT. May consider LMFT supervising supervisee with credentials to supervise in Tennessee. This is contracted on site at Legacy Programs.
I am interested in this opportunity. I meet all of the requirements, except I am not a TNMFT member currently. I am in good standing the AAMFT, have a LMFT, and liability insurance. In addition, I took the national exam and jurisprudence exam within the last 12 months. The preparation for these exams would benefit a MMFT and I was a training specialist for 6 years while in supervision as an EAP counselor. I am so glad I took the route of MFT rather than SW or PC. I have observed and witnessed the changes in others’ lives due to systemic thinking. I use both first order and second order cybernetics to meet my clients where they are in the process.
