Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Demonstrated competency in at least one trauma therapy (preferably EMDR)
Other Qualifications Preferences:
Fully licensed in the state of Tennessee
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide clinical counseling services to clients of Evolve Counseling Associates, LLC in accordance with company policies
Possess proper licensure and abide by all laws and regulations, and code of ethics
Participate in marketing, community outreach, and other operational tasks as assigned
Timely completion of written records for each client including, but not limited to, intake notes, progress notes, and other forms of documentation when needed
Attend Evolve Counseling Associates, LLC team meetings biweekly
Committed to best practices for girls and women therapy techniques
Committed to continual growth as a clinician
Manage a caseload of 10-25 clients a week
Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of Evolve Counseling Associates, LLC. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
