I am looking to hire LPCs across the state to conduct parenting capacity assessments. Initial and ongoing training will be provided by me as part of supervision. I have 34 years of experience, including over 20 years as an independently licensed practitioner of psychology.
I have mostly performed assessments but have struggled to develop standards and criteria for parenting assessments. My agency recently contracted with the past president of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts to obtain training in this specialized area. We also began a dialogue with several attorneys, judges and colleagues to develop standards and criteria for court ordered assessments.
I prefer an applicant to have experience with assessments but I can train someone who has a knack for clinical documentation. We pay substantially more than our competitors for significantly fewer assessments per week. You may email your interest or call me at 731-293-9946.

We provide psychological evaluations and parenting capacity assessments as requested by the juvenile courts and the Department of Children’s Services. Although these assessments are mandatory, we strive to make them personally meaningful for the client. We offer a degree of confidentiality and utilize elements of Therapeutic Assessment which I was trained in.
I would like more information about this position. I have been licensed since 2010 and worked with trauma, crisis, and am trained in EMDR and certified in DBT. My primary role the past 5 years has been assessment, first at the inpatient level and currently with an IOP. I would like to know the location/travel for this or is it a remote position?
