Mercy Community Healthcare is looking for a Clinical School Based Therapist to work within Franklin Special School District. This position is part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position if desired. This position requires an employee to be licensed in Tennessee as a LMFT, LPC-MHSP or LCSW or have a temporary license in Tennessee as a MMFT, LPC-MHSP (temp) or LMSW with the ability to work towards licensure.

What Is This Job All About?
You will be providing therapeutic individual and group counseling services for clients and their families in a school setting through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and referral process.
Assist with consultation and training with the school, administrators, and service providers.
Complete clinical documentation as required by the agency.
Treat clients and co-workers with respect and promote an awareness of and sensitivity to the cultural backgrounds and needs of the clients served.
What We Need from You:
A master’s degree in social work, clinical psychology, or another related field.
Experience working with children, adolescents and families; direct counseling experience with children and adolescents preferred.
You must be licensed in Tennessee as a LMFT, LPC-MHSP or LCSW or have a temporary license in Tennessee as a MMFT, LPC-MHSP (temp) or LMSW with the ability to work towards licensure.
Ability to be contracted with most insurance payers.
