Hi! I am a therapist at East Nashville Counseling, and I work with quite a few tween and teen girls. I’ve noticed a significant need among my 5th and 6th grade clients for a safe space to process very typical but tough middle school issues, so I am starting an ongoing process group for 5th and 6th grade girls. My hope is that the power of doing therapy in a group could be helpful as they work through their current experiences.
