Insightful Intakes: Elevating Your Clinical Assessment Skills

This training is designed for mental health providers that are more new to the area of assessments and eager to build a strong foundation, as well as seasonsed professionals seeker a refresher to help sharper their skills.

Learning Objectives:

Participants will be able to…
–Provide an in-depth explanation of the biopsychosocial model.
–Implement advanced strategies for client engagement and building rapport.
–Utilize appropriate structured and standardized tools during intakes.
–Demonstrate the ability to work through differential diagnosis and possible comorbidities, to accurately diagnose using DSM-5 criteria.
