School-Based Liaison Survey
The Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association (TLPCA) is conducting a survey to gather information about salaries and compensation packages for school-based behavioral professionals and school counselors across Tennessee. We believe this data is essential in understanding current trends, advocating for fair compensation, and helping our members negotiate better wages and benefits in their respective roles.
If you are currently employed as a School-Based Behavioral Health Liaison or held a position in the recent past, please consider participating. If you are a school counselor, we would love to have your input as well.
