POSITION DETAILS
This position is a part-time hourly (W2) therapist position that requires up to 15 client hours/week.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Provide consistent and high-quality counseling for Willow Counseling clients
Willingness to work at least one evening is required
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
Uphold all licensing requirements
If licensed, provide weekly supervision to intern students as needed
Participate in marketing, community outreach, and other operational tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a master’s degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field of study
Licensed or holds a temporary license
Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP)
LPC/MHSP (Temp)
pre-licensed, post-graduation professional counselor
Brings an existing caseload
Willingness and initiative to grow a client base are essential for this role.
Demonstrated competency in at least one trauma therapy
Trained in EMDR or willingness to obtain EMDR training
