Position Summary:
We are seeking a Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with the opportunity to work both in-office and via telehealth. Ideal candidates are passionate about working with diverse populations and are comfortable utilizing trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, or family therapy services, both in-person and via telehealth.
Maintain a caseload of 8-20 client sessions per week.
Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Participate in team meetings(if applicable) and professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with other clinicians, case managers, and community resources when needed.
Required Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted licensure in Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT).
Experience working with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Comfortable working with both in-person and telehealth clients.
Must carry current professional liability insurance.
Strong organizational, communication, and basic technical skills.
Preferred Modalities (Experience or Certification in one or more):
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Brainspotting
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
