This group is designed for adult women who feel chronically unsure of themselves in romantic relationships. Many are caught in cycles of self-doubt, over-analysis, people-pleasing, or second-guessing their perceptions. They often sense that something feels off but struggle to name it or trust themselves enough to act.
This group is a good fit for clients who:
• Feel confused or conflicted about their relationship
• Go back and forth between staying, leaving, or hoping things change
• Struggle with self-trust, internal clarity, or boundary confusion
• Want support without pressure to make immediate decisions
This group may not be appropriate for clients in acute crisis, active domestic violence situations requiring immediate safety intervention, or those needing a higher level of care.
The group is trauma-informed, relational, and process-oriented, with a strong focus on insight, self-trust, and internal stabilization rather than advice-giving or outcome pressure.
