Join me (or send your clients!) for the first Forest Therapy Nashville forest bathing walk of the year. Forest bathing is research proven to reduce depression/anxiety/aggression and increase creativity, peacefulness, awe, and connection. This practice also offers many physical benefits (serotonin shown to elevate after this type of nature immersion!) and spiritual movement. Great for clients looking to reconnect with intuition and body and “get out of their heads.”
This practice is offered to a small group on a private farm in Nashville. I’m trained to invite walkers to connect with the land, with presence, and with themselves through their senses. As a therapist as well as a nature guide, I hold space safely but this is not therapy. There is no formal processing, only voluntary brief sharing. The rest of the time is spent leaning into right-brain, liminal headspace in order to refresh, relax, and renew. $40, 9:00am-11:30am, March 28th.

Thank you for sharing far and wide! In April I will host a therapists-only walk, and I will remind you then.
