Restore Life Behavioral Health in Hopkinsville, Kentucky is accepting applications for an experienced, license-eligible outpatient manager. The position available is full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing individual, couple, family, and group therapy as needed in an office setting as well as managing outpatient mental health clinicians. This position will allow the opportunity to provide services to clients of various backgrounds and demographics, including active-duty military and veterans. RLBH is state licensed as an Outpatient Mental Health facility. As a Master’s Level Outpatient Manager, you must have 4 or more years post-Master’s clinical experience.
Available shift is:
9 AM-6PM Monday-Friday
Responsibilities and Duties
Clinicians are expected to:
Show moderate to an advanced level of expertise in diagnostic assessments.
Facilitate therapeutic groups as applicable.
Document individual sessions, therapy groups, family sessions, and related activities (Immediately, no later than 24 hours of service),
Attend weekly staff meetings and monthly trainings.
Establish a quality relationship with their clients.
Assist interns and provide shadowing opportunities at times.
Work some Saturdays as needed.
Outpatient Managers must maintain a caseload of 25 clients weekly in addition to tasks related to supervising a team of clinicians under the direction of the CEO.
Hired Clinicians will be subjected to a background check and drug screen.
