Salary: $50,000 – $70,000
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 9a-7p
Responsibilities
– Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
– Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
– Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
– Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
– Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
– Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
Qualifications
– Master’s degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline required.
– Active or currently under supervision to obtain the following credentials: LCSW/LMSW, LADAC I/II, LPC-MHSP/LPC, LMFT/MFT & also acceptable with experience leading therapeutic groups & supporting documentation.
– Experience leading Group Therapy.
– High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
– Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
– Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week
– Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
