The Window of Tolerance has become a cornerstone concept in trauma-informed care, but many clinicians struggle to translate theory into practice. This training provides a practical introduction to recognizing signs of hyperarousal, hypoarousal, and regulation while teaching interventions that can be implemented immediately in session.
