We are looking for Mental Health Therapists to help us deliver more care in underserved areas of Tennessee. If you live outside a major city center, this opportunity might be for you.
Candidates will have a strong background in the application of cognitive behavioral therapies, and be comfortable working with individuals, or groups. You will work directly with the clients from initial diagnosis through to implementing their personalized treatment plans.
Experience with older adults is preferred, but we can start with a desire to grow and support this demographic. Let’s work together to make a real impact, especially in underserved areas!

Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patients’ diagnosis,
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient goals, objectives and challenges,
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices,
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with professional
standards.
Additional Attributes:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds,
• Develop and maintain relationships with staff in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities,
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education – staying current with mental health trends and practices.
• Must have a valid license in the State of Tennessee
