Nourish: Caregiver’s Restoration Workshop
A day for healing professionals, parents, and anyone else filling a caretaking role to receive care and find a sense of balance.
You spend your days holding space, solving problems, anticipating needs, and caring for others. But you are more than the role you fill for the people around you. This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with yourself – not as a provider, fixer, or caretaker, but as a whole human being worthy of care, too.
Nourish is a one-day restorative retreat created for healing professionals, parents, teachers, caretakers, partners, helpers, and anyone carrying the emotional, physical, or mental load of supporting others in their family or community. This experience blends embodied nervous system work, mindfulness, holistic wellness education, reflective exercises, and community connection to support sustainable caregiving from a place of nourishment rather than depletion.
Throughout the day, participants will be guided through grounding and somatic practices designed to regulate the nervous system and reconnect with the body. Together, we’ll explore practical daily habits that support holistic wellness and strengthen your ability to care for both yourself and others. Through mindfulness, reflection, and shared community experience, you’ll be invited to slow down, feel supported, and remember that you deserve care as much as the people you show up for. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of steadiness, capability, and self-compassion, along with practical tools to resource yourself, restore your energy, and become a caring support for your own body and mind, not just everyone else’s.
