ABHS is offering a two day, in person training in CE-CERT (Components for Enhancing Career Experience and Reducing Trauma) in September, with the found of CE-CERT, Dr. Brian Miller. The training will offer leaders, supervisors, and counselors working in the helping professions a structured, manualized approach for agency-wide implementation of CE-CERT and offer meaningful support to staff who may be experiencing vicarious trauma, work-related stress, and compassion fatigue. This training has only been offered in Tennessee through Child Advocacy Centers, and we are proud to offer the first CE-CERT training with the goal of making this accessible to helping professionals in community, hospital, and private settings.
This training offers 14 in person NBCC CEUs.
