Rise and Bloom Counseling is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, authentic therapist to join our practice.
We provide holistic, integrative, trauma-informed care for teens, adults, professionals, and athletes. Our work goes beyond managing symptoms: we help clients understand their stories, reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and move toward lives of greater balance, confidence, and fulfillment. We are currently looking to fill the need in our community for someone who loves working with children and adolescents.
This is an opportunity for a clinician who wants to provide meaningful care within a supportive practice—without giving up the stability and benefits of traditional employment.
What We Offer:
– W-2 employee status
– Competitive annual salary for a full-time position or an hourly rate for a part-time position
– Paid time off
– Paid holidays
– Quarterly performance bonuses
– A combination of in-person and telehealth work or fully virtual
– Administrative, scheduling, credentialing, and marketing all done for you
– A collaborative, encouraging practice environment
– Opportunities for continued professional growth
– Evening or Weekend opportunity if that fits your schedule
– Paid licensure for additional states through the Counseling Compact if eligible
Who You’ll Serve:
Our clinicians support clients experiencing concerns that may include:
– Trauma and PTSD
– Anxiety and depression
– Life transitions and relationship challenges
– Burnout and compassion fatigue
– Parenting and family concerns
– ADHD and behavioral difficulties
– Chronic illness and physical-wellness concerns
– Sports performance and performance-related stress
What You’ll Do:
– Provide compassionate, individualized therapy to clients in person and through telehealth
– Create treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs, strengths, and goals
– Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
– Collaborate with colleagues and outside providers when appropriate
– Uphold ethical, professional, and licensing standards
– Help clients feel safe, seen, heard, and empowered throughout the healing process
Who We’re Looking For:
You may be a great fit if you:
– Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field
– Are licensed, license-eligible, or hold a temporary license to practice in Tennessee as an LPC or LPC-MHSP
– Approach clients with warmth, curiosity, authenticity, and respect
– Value trauma-informed, evidence-based, and whole-person care
– Communicate clearly and complete documentation reliably
– Enjoy being part of a growing, mission-driven practice
Training or experience in EMDR, somatic approaches, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, couples therapy, or trauma-focused care is preferred but not required.
