EMDR with Dementia and Caregivers

This advanced EMDR training explores the clinical considerations and adaptations involved in working with people living with dementia and the caregivers who support them.

Participants will explore the intersection of dementia, trauma, grief, and caregiving through the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model, with particular attention to clinical decision-making and adaptations across the phases of EMDR therapy. The training will include case application, demonstration, and guided application.
