Ethics of Burnout

Learning Objectives:

Participants will have the ability to

–Summarize burnout and provide examples of how the symptoms could manifest
–Recognize how their code of ethics defines the concept of burnout
–Describe how burnout can impact client care
–Explain why burnout prevention and recovery are ethical obligations for both the provider and the employer

This training will be happening on 11/6 from 9-12:15p CST, the same day as “Trauma-Informed Suicide Prevention”. You can sign up for one or both trainings. You can read more about the other training here!
