The presenter will utilize lectures, discussions, videos, and case studies to support the learning objectives and facilitate learning.

Learning Objectives:

Identify signs and contributing factors of burnout specific to pre-licensed therapists

Analyze how professional codes of ethics define the obligations of clinicians and supervisors

Explain how unmanaged burnout compromises client care

Describe the supervisor’s ethical responsibility in monitoring and mitigating burnout

Apply research-informed strategies to support supervisees’ well-being

Integrate reflective and experiential supervision practices to foster a culture of sustainability
