Smoky Mountains Symposium for Relational Trauma

Smoky Mountains Symposium on Relational Trauma
October 21–23, 2026 | DreamMore Resort & Spa | Pigeon Forge, Tennessee
Some of the most challenging cases therapists face involve betrayal, trauma, attachment injuries, intimate partner violence, chronic deception, and relationships in crisis. The Smoky Mountains Symposium on Relational Trauma was created to bring clinicians together for practical, evidence-based training that helps them feel more confident, effective, and equipped when sitting with these complex realities.
Over three days, attendees will learn from leading presenters with over 120 years of collective practice with up to 23 hours of continuing education credits, in-person and hybrid options.
Sessions will address betrayal trauma, attachment, intimate partner violence, forgiveness, institutional betrayal, therapist sustainability, and working effectively with complex relational dynamics.
