Katlyn Hansen is a passionate mental health advocate and a licensed professional counselor with a mental health service provider designation in Tennessee. She works as a trauma-informed counselor at the Nashville Center for Trauma and Psychotherapy, specializing in assisting individuals with PTSD and C-PTSD. Additionally, she serves as the Membership Chair and Graduate Student Advocate for the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association (TLPCA), where she supports graduate students across Tennessee. Her goal is to help them feel connected to the board while offering training, insight, and education to make these resources more digestible and accessible. Having navigated the challenges of post-graduate life, she understands the excitement and uncertainty associated with pursuing licensure. She aims to compile invaluable insights, strategies, and practical exercises to assist students in successfully transitioning from graduates to professionals.
