Workshop Objectives:

This training will be informative as well as experiential and will include both personal and professional applications for the Clinician.

1. Participants will be introduced to the practice of mindfulness, its history,
and how it can be applied as a tool for improved overall health and wellness.

2. Participants will explore and experience a variety of physical movements and mindfulness exercises
that can be utilized in a variety of circumstances, and for various age groups.

3. Participants will learn how and when these mindfulness exercises can be utilized both personally and professionally
to help facilitate greater mind-body balance and awareness.
