Caregiving hurts. Self-care and good boundaries are vital, but by themselves they cannot save us from the wounds of our work. It’s time to learn a better roadmap to health for both ourselves and our clients. In this interactive presentation, you will gain an introductory understanding of the five core compassion fatigue resiliency skills. Then, together we will practice diving deeper into the core principle of intentionality.
