Introduction to Internal Family Sysems Model. Helping participates to understand the terminology of protective parts managers and firefighters and Who these parts protect–exiles. Introduce the concept of an Inner leader as Self. Learn simple techniques to identify and map clients and your own internal family of parts. Rooted in the belief that every person contains a multiplicity of inner parts, the IFS model helps us build harmonious and trusting relationships within ourselves. In this supportive, interactive setting, participants will learn how to recognize and engage with the different facets of their inner world—known as “parts”—while cultivating the qualities of the core Self: curiosity, compassion, and calmness.

Objectives:

  • Understand the Basic Terminology of Internal Family Systems Model.

  • Apply Internal Family Systems (IFS) Techniques: Attendees will gain practical experience using IFS methods to help clients identify, understand, and compassionately engage with different parts of themselves, fostering internal harmony and self-leadership

  • Cultivate Personal and Professional Resilience: The workshop will support participants in developing their own resilience and self-compassion, equipping them with strategies to maintain presence and grounding when working with trauma, both for themselves and those they serve.

  • To empower participants with a deep, experiential understanding of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, equipping them to skillfully facilitate compassionate engagement with all aspects of the self.
