Terms of Service

  • You must be at least 18 years old to open a TLPCA Membership.
  • TLPCA can only be used by those in the State of Tennessee.
  • You are solely responsible for protecting your own account password and other account information.
  • If purchasing a Retired or Professional Membership to TLPCA, you are agreeing to an annual membership that will auto-renew every year. You can cancel your membership at any time. Students are required to manually renew every year.
