We are currently looking for an Assistant Director of Clinical Services to join our team of dedicated professionals.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: To provide clinical leadership and to oversee the therapeutic services provided to the residents and their families under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services. The Assistant Clinical Director will assists in the development and implementation of a therapeutic culture/programming. This position will also be responsible for providing clinical supervision to staff members in the clinical department. Participate in treatment planning, risk management assessment and aftercare/discharge planning. Communicate with direct care staff, clinical staff, treatment teams and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to residents.

Assistant Director of Clinical Services Job Requirements

– Master’s Degree in social work or a related psychology field.
– LPC or LCSW required.
– Three years experience providing therapy services, preferably with emotionally and/or behaviorally disturbed adolescents.
– One year experience providing clinical supervision is required.
– One year experience in psychosexual, psychological and psycho-educational evaluation, preferably with children and adolescents.
– One year experience working with sex offenders is preferred and working in a residential treatment setting for one year is also preferred.
– Must be very familiar with treatment planning and working in a managed care environment.
