Hermitage Hall is one of Middle Tennessee’s largest stand-alone psychiatric residential treatment Hospitals. Licensed by Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as a mental health residential treatment center for children and youth, Hermitage Hall has provided services to families for over 30 years.

Lead Clinical Therapist Job Requirements

– Minimum of a Master’s Degree in the social services field
– LPC or LCSW licensure preferred
– Minimum of two years experience working with emotionally disturbed individuals preferred
– Experience in a residential juvenile sex offender setting preferred
