Allied Behavioral Health Solutions is a locally owned organization focusing on serving individuals, families, and communities to create better outcomes for all. Increasing access to high quality behavioral health services is one of our contributions to these better outcomes. Our staff specialize in a variety of topics and treatment methods to allow us to meet every client wherever they may be. ABHS consists of a closely connected core group of therapists who collaborate and support each other’s professional goals. We accept all orientations and faith traditions, and we are most interested in someone with a love for inclusivity and allyship who can translate that into their therapy practice. The primary function of this position is to provide individual/family/group counseling and EAP services for children, adolescents, and adults.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide individual/family/couples/group counseling services utilizing evidence-based practices for 20-25 sessions a week with some evening availability.
Commitment to learning and utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices including but not limited to TF-CBT, CPP, CPC-CBT, and/or DBT.
Provide education regarding behavioral health needs to staff and families as needed.
Appropriately assess and diagnose identified client, per insurance requirements.
Develop appropriate treatment plans for identified client(s).
Maintain timely session and billing documentation.
Participate actively in a growing, relationship focused practice, with a high volume of referrals

Minimum Requirements: Master’s in Counseling or related discipline. LPC-MHSP or related licensure is preferred. Experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds. Proficiency in Microsoft OFFICE, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience working in a medical and/or clinical setting preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral and written communication skills reflecting professional knowledge and demeanor in all forms of communication. Ability to build strong rapport with children, adolescents, and families quickly. Capacity to work individually and in family context. Ability to remain calm and effectively manage crisis situations. Capacity to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team. Capability to collect data and engage in appropriate feedback.
